Eraserheads Final Set

I waited a long time for this concert to happen again because I missed the first reunion concert because I prefer drinking (Grand Matador) and having my usuall saturday night at Malate (Clubber's Guide).

I am excited and looking forward on it for a month. I have an assurance that I would be having a ticket because of McDonald's will be sponsoring the concert.

Me and my Mom will meet by 4:00 pm at Mall of Asia (MOA) so I was there by early 3:00 in the afternoon because of my anxciety and excitment to watch the concert.

While waiting for the time, I drop by at a Zippo store to buy a Zippo flint, in tagalog bato ng lighter, and wick.

After buying the accessories, I drink a couple of drinks or more at Pier 1 at seaside while waiting for the time to pass by.

(4:45) I am very pissed because of the time already. Me and my mom had an agreement that we will meet by 4:00 but when we met up, my mom told me that they where caught by the yellow boys of Makati and the brown boys of Pasay.

Eventhough I was very pissed off, I stay calm and excited because i get my sticker or ticket to the concert.

(5:00) I went inside the concert grounds as early as I can so that I could have a better place to stay and watch the concert.

When I was inside, I go immeadiately to the McDonald's store to buy 3 bottled water and buy food at Fish and Co. to have my early dinner.

(7:00) The concert is about to start and there are a lot of people that are waiting for hours to watch and experience the concert.

The concert starts with all the MTV VJ's on the stage announcing the different programs that can be watch at MTV and the sponsors to the concert. At first, I am cool with it but when time pass the VJ's keep repeating it and repeating and repeating it. I have mixed emotions on that, one is angry because they keep repeating it eventhough on the white screen they keep on looping the programs and sponsors. Two is appreciate what they are doing because that is one way to advertise or promote the sponsors and understand it because I am studying Marketing and the concepts of it.

Many people are mad of what the VJ's are doing but when the lights when off and the very unique countdown using the alphabets all the people in the concert grounds shout "eraserheads".

At the middle of the concert, I realize that I dont have my digicam with me. I began texting or even calling my mom to get it but when I look back, I was in the very front of the Gold section next to the barricade for the VIP section.

I realize that texting and calling is very hard. I look around and see that Smart is the main sponsor of the event so I think that there is a jamming device that is put up so that only smart users can text and call very easy. Nice move.

Latter in the concert, eraserheads pay tribute to the late Francis M. While shouting the name of francis I have goosebumps because I am one of the million fans of Francis M.

The concert is already finished, while buying some souveniers from the concert the eraserheads get back at the stage to sing 3 more songs and when they do that all hell break loose, pushing and shoving is done to watch them again.

Finally, the eraserheads final set is done here are some pictures and video. This is Gold A section and look how far we are still.

Jack Russell Terrier

This is my dog "Marcus"

The Jack Russell Terrier is a small, principally white-bodied, smooth-, broken-, or rough-coated terrier that has its origins in fox hunting. The name "Jack Russell" has been used over the years to describe a wide array of small white terriers. Jack Russell terriers are known for longevity and health due in a large part to a large gene pool. A well-cared-for Jack Russell can live well into its teens, remaining active right into its senior years. The typical lifespan is between 11 and 18 years.

DESCRIPTION

Jack Russell Terriers are sturdy and tough, measuring between 10" and 15". White in coloration (more than 51%) with black and/or tan markings, they exhibit a smooth, broken or rough coat. The skin can sometimes show a pattern of small black or brown spots, referred to as "ticking", that do not carry through to the outer coat. The Jack Russell should always appear balanced and alert. As the Jack Russell is primarily a working terrier, its most important physical characteristic is its chest size, which must not be so large that it prevents the dog from entering and working in burrows.

The red fox is the traditional quarry of the Jack Russell Terrier (JRT) so the working Jack Russell must be small enough to pursue its quarry. Jack Russells vary in size, but across the world they average about 14 pounds in weight and have a chest diameter of 12-14 inches at the widest.

HISTORY

The small white fox-working terriers we know today were first bred by the Reverend John Russell, a parson and hunting enthusiast born in 1795. In his last year of university at Oxford, he bought a small white and tan terrier female called Trump from the milk man. Trump was purchased based upon appearance alone. She was the basis for a breeding program to develop a terrier with high stamina for the hunt as well as the courage and formation to chase out foxes that had gone to ground. An important attribute in this dog was a tempered aggressiveness that would provide them with the necessary drive to pursue and bolt the fox without resulting in physical harm to the quarry, effectively ending the chase, which was considered unsporting. This line of terriers developed by John Russell was well respected for these qualities and his dogs were often taken on by hunt enthusiasts. It is unlikely, however, that any dogs alive today are descended from Trump, as Russell was forced to sell all of his dogs on more than one occasion because of financial difficulty, and had only four aged (and non-breeding) terriers left when he died in 1883.
